If you don’t currently have property to build on, Berkshire Home Works will assist you in finding the right property for your new home and can represent you as a buyer’s broker to enable that transaction to take place. We will work as the owner’s representative with the purchase of your modular or panelized home and will work as the Construction Supervisor and Clerk of the Works to bring the entire home building project to fruition.
